CANOE RALLY SUNDAY JULY 22ND

OREGON TRAIL DAYS/OREGON LIONS CLUB

This registration form is an invitation to come to Oregon, IL, canoe on the Rock River with many other canoers, have an all you can eat breakfast at Park East on the Rock River between the hours of 7AM and 11AM.  Transportation from take out back to the launch/breakfast area and receive an official patch commemorative of the Rally is included.  You will be responsible to remove your canoe from your vehicle, launch canoe in river and the removal of canoe from river and placing back on vehicle.  Please complete the following:

Entry fee for each member is $10.  Make check payable to Oregon Lions and return this registration form prior to June 15^th and check to:  Dave Stenger, 2877 South Daysville Road, Oregon IL 61061 (phone 815-732-6290) Check in with Lion register prior to launching.  Map is attached locating the Launch/Breakfast area and the two take out locations.  Any additional correspondence will be with Team Representative.
